Founder/Head Designer

Terrence Scholz has been designing finely detailed custom residential properties for more than 30 years. Before establishing Colonnade Design Group, he worked for some of the finest custom builders in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, giving him a thorough understanding of the construction business. Additionally, Terrence has worked with outstanding residential general contractors as an in-house designer, construction manager and design consultant. Terrence has Bachelors' degrees in both Architecture and Environmental Design and has been honored with numerous awards for his designs. His work has also been published in Home Magazine, Better Homes & Gardens and Remodeler Magazine.
